Driscoll's Dealt a Full
House at the Docks in San Diego
SAN
DIEGO, CA – November 24, 2005 – Driscoll Boat Works reputation is reaching
around the world and this December the docks are full of yachts. Boadicea, a
230’ Amels, has made Driscoll’s a destination on their cruise around the
world. Completing their second yard period with Driscoll’s in the past four
years this “blue boat” is not alone at the moment. Berthed beside her is
Lady Zelda, 130’ Christianson, headed to Mexico and Costa Rica on charter
with Fraser Yachts. Racing trimaran Geronimo has its home base adjacent to
these megayachts after its victorious, record breaking trip to
Hawaii.
Along side Geronimo are two of the fastest monohulls in the world, Morning
Glory and Genuine Risk. These two boats finished first and third
respectively in the 2005 Transpac Race. Yachts Javelin; 85’ sloop, Miss
Michelle; 96’ Motoryacht, Kelly Sea; 112’ Westport, and Breanna 90’
Motoryacht, can all be found at Driscoll’s Kettenburg Facility.
